During spring nature explodes into a colourful display of exquisite veld flowers. Endless unspoilt beaches provide excellent strolling opportunities, whilst the incessant spell of rolling waves also provide exceptional surfing condition (catering for the inexperienced, but providing a real challenge for the professional surfer at high tide). You may also like to visit the small harbour to enjoy the colouful scenery (and language) and the fish market where the day's catch is sold at ridiculously low prices.
